Dyna Tube Diffuser

Tube-type diffusers are especially preferred in wastewater processes with high oxygen demand, thanks to their higher air permeability compared to disc diffusers. The harsh nature of industrial wastewater and the high oxygen demands make AquaS tube diffusers an advantageous solution in these areas.
AquaS tube diffusers are designed with high volume air transfer and energy efficiency in mind. Options such as high quality EPDM, PTFE, silicone or TPU are offered as membrane material; In this way, configurations can be made suitable for all kinds of process needs.
AquaS tube diffusers can be supplied in different sizes. Suitable model selection can be made according to the desired air flow range. The diffuser body is made of chemical-resistant PP or PVC material. This allows the product to perform long-term in industrial environments.
Thanks to its application flexibility, it can be used in fixed or surface-independent float systems. This allows it to easily adapt to different pool designs.
The built-in check valve system prevents liquids outside the process from leaking into the membrane and contaminating the air line. This feature increases the safety and hygiene of the system.
Standard AquaS tube diffusers are equipped with a 3/4" external threaded quick mount connection and are delivered ready for installation. It stands out with its low maintenance requirement, long-lasting use and high oxygen transfer capacity.
Fine bubble technology enables high dissolved oxygen levels to be achieved with low energy consumption; This, in turn, reduces overall operating costs.
